staff are amazing and so friendly, they helped us with everything we needed and even they booked a taxi for us to go to the airport. Room was great and clean.

The location was central with amenities on the doorstep as well as bus stops right outside the accommodation making travelling around time incredibly easy.

Location was great. Easy to find for all tours we hired pickups for and easy access to get to buses, shopping, attractions and great restaurants. Room cleaning was excellent (10/10) and front desk service (Gabby) was superb!

LOVED the staff! They were extremely nice and helpful. Thye were probably the best part of hotel. The location is unbeatable in terms of sightseeing. If does get a bit noisy at night but that's kind of expected when you're in the middle if everything.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The hotel is located in a central and excellent place. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the bed is comfortable. Throughout the day there is fruit and light food for the guests. Gabriela who works at the place is really charming!!! Helps with everything, is available and makes the guests feel very good and pleasant.
